Check is Refundable that day if you are not the high bidder. | 10% of the Winning Bid Amount MUST be deposited into the Escrow within 24 hours of Auction Close. Balance must be funded within 30 days. |
Total Sale Price will include a 10% Buyer's Premium that is added to the Hammer Bid to become the Recorded Sales Price. |
Buyer ~ Brokers/Agents are encouraged to participate and will be paid up to 2% of the Hammer Price should their clients close. Broker/Agents will need to fill out a Referral Form 24 Hours prior to Auction start. |
