Instructions to Bid During the Real-Time Auction

You will Essentially register in 2 Places: Once with the Auction Company - and Once with Proxibid Internet Portal.
Call for any help you may require.

1. Remit by Mail or Fedex your Refundable Money Order or Cashier's Bid Check.
(optional payees: Exclusively Auctions, Inc, your name, or Title Co)
Refundable Check should be in the amount of $25,000.00
Remit Refundable Bid deposit to

a. IF you are not successful in making a winning bid, your check will be returned to you uncashed.
b. IF you are the winning bidder, your check will be placed into an escrow account to open your purchase.

2. Email or Fax the Signed Terms of Registration agreement PRIOR to bidding.

3. Logon to ProxiBid (Clik Here) to get your Live Registration completed.
Also, we suggest you 'Test Drive' your Proxibid connection at least 24 Hours before the Live Auction.
Note: Although the Webcast Bidding via Proxibid is a great deal like LiveTV, it is not foolproof.
We therefore suggest that before bidding, you contact one of our team-members
for assistance to arrange a 'back-up' bidding-plan at no-cost to you.
