1)   $5,000.00 Refundable Cashier Check, Certified Check, or wire transfer, made payable to Title Company or bidder is required prior to 1:45 p.m. EST February 21, 2010. No personal Checks accepted.
2)   10% of the Winning Bid Amount MUST be deposited into the Escrow before 3 p.m. Monday, February 22, 2010.
Balance must be funded within 30 days.

Opening Bid Suggestion is $50,000.00*

3)   Balance of Purchase money must be placed into Escrow within 30 days of Auction close.

Buyer ~ Brokers/Agents are encouraged to participate. They will be paid up to 2% of the Hammer Price should your client close. Broker/Agents will need to be named by their buyer on the Terms of Auction form.
