Buyers' Broker
Referral Fee:
A referral fee of up to three percent of the succesful
high bid will be paid by Exclusively Auctions, Inc. to the qualified real estate
broker whose registered client closes on the property. Exclusively Auctions offers complete
service from conducting the auction at point of sale to the closing of each
property, normally within 30 days of auction date.

Sellers' Broker
Referral Fee:
A referral fee will be paid
by Exclusively Auctions, Inc. to the qualified Real Estate Broker who has
referred a property for auction on it’s successful close. All marketing costs can be absorbed by
EA and the principals involved; alternatively we can embark on a fully
cooperative marketing plan to coincide with your listing period if still
current. Exclusively Auctions does
not interfere with the compensation
arrangements between you and your Sellers.
We earn our compensation via the Buyer’s Premium fees paid directly by
the Buyer.

Bidders' Information
Packet:
The Bidder’s Information Packet –
including the bidding instructions, legal description, Purchase and Sales
Agreement, preliminary title examination report, detailed property information,
together with real estate tax bills, zoning information, survey/operating costs
when applicable – is available online for free.
Showing the
Property:
Representatives of Exclusively
Auctions will accompany all showings at the property and will be able to answer
any questions your Agents/Brokers, and your customers may have regarding the
auction process as well as anything pertaining to the property being sold.

Including/identifying similar price range properties (e.g.

than $750K; $750K plus) ensuring bigger turnout,
greater
synergy and energy

Including various properties in close geographic proximity to each other
to target certain types of Buyers

Leads:
There can only be one buyer for
an auction property. All of the other bidders are viable, motivated
buyers for similar type properties in your market. Exclusively Auctions will
provide you, the Agent/Broker with the opportunity to have qualified
identifiable prospects for a referral fee of two percent. Additionally consider the
possibility of two sided commissions from the losing bidders buying another of
your listings …. a win-win
situation.
