1)   $25,000.00 Refundable Cashier Check, Certified Check, or wire transfer, made payable to Title Company, Buyer Broker or Bidder is required prior to 12:00 noon EST December 6, 2012.
No personal Checks accepted.
2)   10% of the Winning Bid Amount MUST be deposited into the Escrow before 2p.m. Friday, December 7, 2012.
Balance must be funded within 30 days.

Opening Bid Suggestion is $50,000.00*

3)   Balance of Purchase money must be placed into Escrow within 30 days of Auction Hammer.
Financing is Guaranteed to the Highest Bidder. 35% down at 6%APR, Equal monthly payments amortized over 30 years. No prepayment penalty. Balance due in 7 years.

Buyer ~ Brokers/Agents are encouraged to participate. They will be paid up to 2% of the Hammer Price should your client close. Broker/Agents will need to be named by their buyer on the Terms of Auction form.

Due Diligence is required of Buyers prior to the auction.
